Radio Physics and Electronics Association (RPEA) is a non-profit association. All amounts collected through the website are voluntary contributions toward association-related activities and are not commercial charges for goods or services.

All contributions are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

1. Annual Reunion Contribution

The Reunion Contribution amount is not fixed.

It may vary from year to year depending on the nature, scale, and requirements of the annual reunion.

The applicable contribution amount for a given year will be clearly displayed on the payment page at the time of contribution.

Reunion Contributions are non-refundable.

2. Life Membership Contribution

The minimum Life Membership Contribution is ₹2000 (INR Two Thousand only).

This amount represents the lower limit of the Life Membership Contribution.

Contributors may voluntarily contribute a higher amount if they wish to further support the Association.

Life Membership Contribution is a one-time payment and is non-refundable.

3. Donations

RPEA does not accept donations through its website or payment gateway at present.

No minimum or maximum donation amount is applicable.

4. Payment Charges

Any applicable payment gateway or banking charges, if levied, are governed by the respective payment service providers.

RPEA does not levy any additional service charges beyond the displayed contribution amounts.

5. Pricing Changes

RPEA reserves the right to revise contribution amounts or introduce new contribution categories at its discretion. Any changes will be effective upon publication on the website.
