This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all contributions made to Radio Physics and Electronics Association (RPEA) through its official website and authorized payment gateways. By making a contribution, the contributor acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

RPEA is a non-profit alumni association, and all payments received are treated as voluntary contributions for association-related activities.

2. Non-Refundable Contributions

All contributions made to RPEA are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, including but not limited to:

• Annual Reunion Contribution
• Life Membership Contribution

Once a contribution is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Variations in Contribution Amounts

Reunion Contribution amounts may vary from year to year depending on the nature and requirements of the event.

Life Membership Contribution has a minimum prescribed amount, and contributors may voluntarily contribute a higher amount.

Such variations do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. Technical Errors and Failed Transactions

In the event of a technical issue during the payment process, the outcome of the transaction shall be determined by the payment gateway and/or the respective banking systems. RPEA does not control or guarantee the completion, failure, or reversal status of any transaction.

Transaction status updates, acknowledgements, or confirmations, if any, are generated and communicated by the payment gateway or banking channels. RPEA does not independently issue payment receipts or confirmations beyond what is provided through the payment system.

RPEA does not manually process refunds arising from technical issues unless explicitly mandated by the payment gateway or banking system.

5. Payment Gateway Responsibility

All online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. RPEA shall not be responsible for:

• Transaction failures
• Delays in payment confirmation
• Gateway downtime
• Banking network issues

Contributors are advised to retain transaction references for their records.

6. Policy Amendments

RPEA reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
