Radio Physics and Electronics Association (RPEA) is a non-profit association associated with the Institute of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta. The Association facilitates alumni engagement, community building, and institutional activities through structured contributions.

RPEA does not sell goods or commercial services. All payments made through the website are voluntary contributions intended solely to support association-related activities.

1. Annual Reunion Contribution

RPEA organizes an annual reunion to promote professional interaction, networking, and continued association among alumni and members.

The Reunion Contribution is collected to support the planning and execution of the annual reunion event.

The contribution amount may vary from year to year, depending on prevailing requirements and associated costs.

Participation in the reunion is subject to successful completion of the contribution process.

Contributions made toward the reunion are non-refundable.

2. Life Membership Contribution

RPEA offers a Life Membership option for alumni and eligible individuals who wish to maintain a long-term association with the organization.

The minimum Life Membership Contribution is ₹2000.

Contributors may voluntarily contribute a higher amount if they wish to further support the Association.

Life Membership contributions are one-time and non-refundable.

Life Membership allows individuals to remain associated with RPEA for its lifetime, subject to the Association's governing principles.

3. Donations

At present, RPEA does not accept donations through its website or payment gateway.

4. Nature of Transactions

All contributions collected by RPEA:

• Are non-commercial in nature
• Do not constitute the sale of goods or services
• Are intended exclusively for non-profit, alumni-related purposes

5. Payment Processing

All contributions are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. RPEA does not store or process sensitive payment information.

6. Modifications

RPEA reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any contribution category or related terms without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon publication on the website.
